About Cole
Cole leads Citizens Life Group's day-to-day operations and was instrumental in launching the firm after seeing how little straightforward, senior-friendly information existed for the people who need it most. Most policyowners over 65 are never told that selling a life insurance policy is even an option, and the ones who do hear about life settlements usually hear it from a direct buyer who benefits from getting the policy for as little as possible. Closing that information gap is what CLG was built to do.
Cole oversees the company's client experience end to end, from the educational resources on this site to the qualification process and the intake system that matches every qualified policyowner with fiduciary-licensed brokers who compete for the offer on their behalf. The standard he holds CLG to is simple: no senior should let a policy lapse, surrender it below market, or accept a lowball direct offer because nobody took the time to explain the alternatives in a way that actually made sense.

Qualification and Intake
When a policyowner requests an estimate, Cole's intake process vets whether the policy has a real chance of settling before any time is asked of the client. No one is strung along on a bad-fit policy.
Broker Matching
