Jeff Hallman

Jeff is the licensed broker and agent-in-charge for Citizens Life Group. He came to the work to help address a problem he has watched unfold for more than two decades: seniors being approached by policy buyers who have no obligation to offer fair market value, and usually don't. Since entering the viatical and life settlement market in 1999, Jeff has been part of more than $3 billion in closed life settlement transactions, including work through Asset Life Settlements, the licensed brokerage where he serves as Co-Founder and Managing Partner. That work made one thing obvious. When a policy is competitively shopped to multiple institutional buyers by a fiduciary broker, the offer is almost always dramatically higher than what a direct buyer puts on the table first.
