Jeff helped establish Citizens Life Group to fix a problem he has watched unfold for more than two decades: seniors being approached by policy buyers who have no obligation to offer fair market value, and usually don't. Since entering the viatical and life settlement market in 1999, Jeff has been part of more than $3 billion in closed life settlement transactions, most of it through Asset Life Settlements, the licensed brokerage where he serves as Co-Founder and Managing Partner. That work made one thing obvious. When a policy is competitively shopped to multiple institutional buyers by a fiduciary broker, the offer is almost always dramatically higher than what a direct buyer puts on the table first.

Citizens Life Group was built to connect seniors with that competitive brokerage process before they lapse a policy or surrender it for pennies on the dollar. Jeff's role at CLG is setting the strategic direction and making sure families understand what they actually have, in plain English, before anyone else gets to them.
